Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean, but there were many disturbances from doors banging in the corridor. The reception staff were rude at times. On the bright side, the room itself was spacious with a living room and ample dressers. However, it would have been nice to have coffee and a kettle/water boiler in the rooms for a 4-star hotel.
Although the rooms were a bit cramped and had a peculiar smell, my stay was saved by the helpful and charming service provided. The location was great for easy access to bus stations and various eateries. The breakfast lacked warm options but had a unique Valentine's Day theme. The hotel facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel location is convenient, close to bus terminal and many restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable; however, some layout issues affect practicality. The service was accommodating, despite occasional room entry, and the breakfast lacked fruit. The hotel's location near transport links is a major plus, although interactions can be unhelpful when busy.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were nice and spacious, but the setup could have been better as the big table near the bed was a bit inconvenient. Unfortunately, there was no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom. The service was exceptional, with friendly and multilingual staff who provided helpful advice about getting around Madrid. The location was convenient with easy access to metro stops, but it was a bit far to walk to the city center. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering a good variety of food including gluten-free options. The facilities were well-maintained. However, the price could have been more competitive for the value offered.
My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious, but the setup was slightly inconvenient with a large table near the bed. The lack of a mirror in the room was a drawback. Despite these issues, the staff provided exceptional service, especially Laura who was efficient and friendly. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, although a bit far from Salamanca's main shopping area. The dining experience was satisfactory, and the facilities met my needs.
The hotel room was nice and spacious, but the layout could be improved for better comfort. There was a lack of a mirror in the main room, which was a bit smaller than anticipated.
